What jazz song is sampled in the Mad Men theme?

The actual theme song is "A Beautiful Mine" by RJD2. But that theme song is based on a sample of an older jazz number that I'm trying to identify. You can actually hear this original jazz song on several of the bonus features from Mad Men season 2 disk 2. But Shazam could not identify it.|||I believe you're thinking of composer David Carbonara's version of RJD2's track.
