Would Still Loving You by The Scorpions work for a solo jazz routine?

I'm going to be choreographing a solo dance routine to Still Loving You by the Scorpions. I love the song because it's so emotional and beautiful. Would this song pass for a jazz routine?|||excellent choice, i'm a dance instructor and one of my classes is going to be competing a piece to eye of the tiger! this song would be an excellent choice for a jazz routine. you should totally do it sweetie.|||Still Loving You is a great song! With that said...

It's not a jazz song or anywhere near a jazz song.

The beat and tempo are not even a jazz beat or tempo.

I don't think it would pass for a jazz routine if the music has to be jazz. But maybe you can choreograph jazz movements into that song. More power to ya if you pull that off!!!|||Not be sound rude, but I don't think Ranger does jazz dancing. The song doesn't have to be a song from the jazz genre for it to be used in jazz dancing. I think that it would be a great slow jazz dance. Where the tempo increases around the 2 min mark of the song I think a big leap or turn would look great there. Maybe a calypso or switch leap. Good luck.
