How come the houston rockets have an homecourt advantage to the Utah Jazz?

Jazz have better record than the rockets. im just wondering why the rockets have homecourt advantage. Utah is in the 4th place and Houston is in 5th place.|||The Jazz leads their division, that's why|||because rockets are a better team even without yao and because they have better record, jazz is 4th seed only because it was automatically given that seed for topping their division. otherwise, rockets would be 4th seed and jazz 5th seed which is what they really deserve for being a bad team|||Utahs in a real crappy division so they won it easily which automaticaly gives them a top 4 seed. Houston had an overall better record but since there in a division that's loaded they got stuck with a 5 seed and got rewarded home court for having a better record.|||Jazz are a bad team ? The Jazz and Lakers have the best record vs.. the also beat Houston ( 2-1 ) this season and lead 1-0 on this series.|||Houston has the better regular season record.
