Can i install a custom cd player in my 2006 Honda Jazz?

I have a 2006 Honda jazz but i want to install my own cd player/ipod connection, if possible one with a touch screen sat nav. Is this possible? At the moment its all one unit so i don't know if i will be able to do this?
