How does the Jazz age come into play after WWI?
In the United States after WWI what was the climate like? How were the citizens feeling? How did this help Jazz music to become popular?|||Well after an entire generation had experienced death and fear in one way or another, the old conservative ways of life seemed wrong, was what had caused war. So the young people rebelled against their parents traditional values, and for the first time, teens and young people had a separate identity than that of their parents. They prided themselves on their youth and vibrancy, the desire to push the boundaries, against their parent's pride on moral codes and discipline.
